►本公司所供應的產品皆符合OEM原廠之要求規範,提供六項檢驗預防下列問題;以下為一般市面常見不良冷媒可能造成的影響:

1. 水份含量過高→
膨脹閥低溫處凍結產生阻塞(水塞)、破壞壓縮機內馬達線圈之絕緣(渡銅現象)、軸承及軸封裝置之滑套等磨耗。

2. 不凝結氣體含量過高→
系統高低壓力飄移、昇高、散熱不良、管路金屬疲勞、管路破裂。

3. 酸鹼值比例過高→
冷凍油酸化腐蝕管路、水解劣化造成壓縮機潤滑效果衰退。

4. 成份與殘雜值→
冷媒成份與殘雜值比例來自於專業提煉技術,影響製冷效率。

5. 混合比例異常→
非專業流量式冷媒混合設備進行混分裝動作,皆會影響混合比例,化學式改變,製冷效率異常
(以R404A作補充填動作,能效不足為明顯常例)。

6. 含殘氯量→
依據蒙特婁公約(Montreal Protocol)為臭氧層之存續,冷媒生產製造廠應在冷媒含氯殘量把關。

The products supplied by the company are all in compliance with OEM requirements and provide six inspections to prevent the following problems; the following are the common possible adverse effects of the market's common bad refrigerants:
1. The moisture content is too high →
The expansion valve freezes at a low temperature to cause blockage (water plug), damage to the insulation of the motor coil in the compressor (copper crossing phenomenon), and abrasion of the bearing and the sleeve of the shaft seal device.

2. Non-condensing gas content is too high →
The system's high and low pressure drift, rise, poor heat dissipation, fatigue of pipeline metal, pipeline rupture.

3. The ratio of pH is too high →
Frozen oleic acid corrosion piping, degradation of the hydrolysis causes the compressor lubrication to deteriorate.

4. Ingredients and Residues →
The proportion of refrigerant components and residual value comes from professional refining technology and affects the cooling efficiency.

5. Abnormal mixing ratio →
Non-professional flow-type refrigerant mixing equipment for mixed mixing operation, will affect the mixing ratio, chemical formula change, refrigeration efficiency is abnormal (use R404A as a supplementary fill action, lack of energy efficiency is an obvious exception).

6. With residual chlorine content →
According to the Montreal Protocol, which is the existence of the ozone layer, manufacturers of refrigerants should check the residual chlorine content of the refrigerant.
